login problem rain

Dear frieds,

After the migration (from 'chopin.x10hosting.com:2082' to 'rain.x10vps.com:2082) I cannot access the cP site.
Please help because I need to update the site.

cPanel username: trackzall
Server: rain ????? (was chopin)
New password: **** (you will have to do it yourself)

Rain is a VPS node. If you purchased a cPanel package for your VPS, then you should access it at yourdomain.com:2082.

You were suspended for inactivity prior to the migration, which means your account was not transferred from the old Chopin to the new one. That is why traceroute shows your account on rain.

An Account Manager will have to handle this because they are the ones who can restore your account from the old server.

And never put your password on a public forum.

You will be able to reset your password through the Account Management Panel once the backend is synced with WHM. This will happen over the next 24 hours. Until then, you may open another support thread if another problem arises.
