In the past I purchased a service very inexpensively that removed the need for me to log onto the forums monthly. Can I purchase this again?

The option you previously purchased, which was an inactivity timer only, is no longer a valid option.

We do offer an alternative called Prime Membership, you can read more about that at http://x10hosting.com/prime-membership. With this option you do not need to login to the forums.

However I noticed that you are currently on the old free hosting plan, so it would likely not really double what you have now in terms of databases, parked domains and addon domains, as it is a double based on the free hosting we currently offer. Which means some specs might go up, other might stay the same, or go down a little (believe parked domains will drop by one). Gonna have to check with the head admin about the policy regarding users currently not on our adfree-infinity plan.

So, it looks like the PrimeMembership is $4.95 a year. I'm guessing I won't be negatively impacted by signing up. If that's incorrect, please let me know. Thanks for your help.

Your account should now be back in order.

There was an inconsistency with how your password was stored on the server, you might therefor need to do a password reset in your account panel to avoid any further troubles.

It's working here; try clearing your cache in your browser and flushing DNS. It's possible you're still caching the redirect that takes you from your page to the x10 generic suspension page.

There appears to be an issue recently with prime members getting suspended.
