login succesful but not continuing to cpanel

i am able to login but the cpanel is not showing. it is just doing one loop and then refresh again..

Please could you verify that there are no firewalls, proxies or routers in place that could be blocking port 2083.
Many workplaces and schools tend to do this.

I opened port 2083 in firewalls. But cpanel cannot be connected after successful login. There might be some other issues.

i tried it again today, it is able to login just once.
then i logout, try to login again, same problem showed up.
been trying this for so many days still same problem.
i checked other posts and others are also experiencing
this. not an isolated issue, in my opinion.

used other browsers, reboot pc, changed modem settings,
changed dns settings. so many things i tried. maybe time
for me to give up. thanks anyway.
