login to cpanel - more troubles

Hi!
Few days ago i had problems with login to cpanel from: "https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php". One of the forum users tiped me to use:
"https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/login/" and it worked ... untill today. After login attempt i got message:
"Sorry for the inconvenience!
The filesystem mounted at /home/micsoft on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition."
then accidently (i have clicked my webbrowser suggestion) i entered address:
"https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/frontend/x3/index.html"
and CPANEL appeared with me logined in. NOW I am very confused What the he... is going on?? Is there some server issues.

My question is:
What shoud i do to have normal (easy) access to cpanel for my account?
P.S. no problems with FTP (for now)
