Is it normal for the login to be missing the last letter of my login name?
I also get stuck alot after it says "Sign In Successful"

Hi,

The software we use for our control panel (cPanel) has a hard limit set on the username of an account, of 8 characters. Therefore, the system automatically shortened your name to the first 8 characters so that it could be created properly.

Are you still getting stuck at the "Sign In Successful" page?

I do have ALOT of issues with connecting, but in all fairness, and honesty, I don't know if it is my lousy internet service, or not.

It seems to work fine one moment, then the next poof it cannot connect, webpage just sits there tryin to load.

Having issues again, and when I used the test site it says the issue is me. Now I have to figure
out what I am doin wrong.

Good news I have decided to swap to another web browser and so far I haven't had any issues.

Glad to hear, if you have an issue again please update us with the exact time if possible, this will allow us to search the server logs to see if there is anything on our end causing a problem.
