Logon Problem

My username and password are correct, otherwise I would be unable to post on this thread... As of 10/16/13 20:30 EST the logon page https://x10hosting.com/sso/login/ "accepts" my credentials, however, after pressing the Sign In button, the dialog is cleared as if the page is merely refreshed. In other words, I am not able to log on to my account so as to access the file manager, etc.

Same problem occured for me that began recently! I cant access to cpanel! May leave x10hosting beacuse of these weird problems!

same problem here hopeful it's fixed soon. Trying to get the money up to pay for hosting. Just had somebody want to write about my web site so I'll have to put that on hold. So far x has been doing a good job most likely their doing updates.

When you logon to the portal (https://x10hosting.com/sso/login/) you are automatically redirected to the cPanel interface, even if you have the basic theme active, which uses port 2083, make sure this port is not blocked in your firewall. Many schools and workplaces do for instance block access on ports that are not required for the daily use with the tasks given.

Also, keep in mind that the login to portal might be different from the forum username, the portal accept email address and cPanel username as login credentials, if the forum name is different, although having same pass, it would be denied.
