All files were lost. I had to restore them by myself.
Database is lost too. I could not connect to cpanel to check what is the problem.

The server you are on had to undergo some emergency maintenance due to a failing disk drive. We had to move all accounts to a new server, but not all data has been restored onto that yet.

It may be that the server is currently offline, or that your account is not fully restored.
