Lost All Details

I am the owner of a web site on x10Hostings.
I have had a bad crash on my computer and lost all details of how to log in and up date the site.
Could someone please tell me how to get the details to log in etc.

I tried that but it still will not let me in, it is the email address, I have tried all the addresses I have it will not accept any of them?

Sorry to bother you again
I think where the problem is I have two addresses on is bx and the other mx.
I use the bx for a front page, this is the one I want to open first, the other one mx is kept open to try and develop a better front page
I have not idea which belong to what, as I said I have lost all my information

I have got into one of the sites, but unfortunately it was the one under development the MX site.
I have tried the same thing to get in the BZ site, which is on the net, but is suspended.
When I try, I have forgotten my password; even though I put in the email address for BZ [which is different from MX site] it sends the email to MX email address which takes me into the MX site.
Any idea how I can get it to the BZ site

The email address for your .bz website is an @oralhistory.co.uk email address. Please could you ensure this is the email address you are providing to the "I have forgotten my password" form?

Thanks for getting back to me; I have now removed the suspension on both MX and BZ sites.
But how do you get the details for updating the sites, I use Fz
I do not use templates I upload the site ready for the net

Hi,

In FileZilla, you can use your domain name as the "Host", and your cPanel credentials as the username and password. In the case of your .x10.mx domain, the username would be "oralhist" and the password would be the same as the one you use to access cPanel.
