lost all my post?

after lotus down time my website is restored to i dont know when but very old back up i had 40 posts know only14:eek4: its not first time it happend b4 but i had a back up please help me i dont have a back up please

The database has been restored to a more recent point

It appears that for a few accounts the link to the remote sql server failed, thus reverting to the older localhost database.

If it isn't back to normal yet, it should be shortly.

Make sure you do your own backups, because servers do fail occasionally. Then you won't lose anything ever

The problem is keeping them in synch, but you could have another host
