Lost my account???

My account says "Domain Available"... what does that mean? I have been logging in to the forums regularly as per the requirements... granted, I have not updated my site for a while as I have been busy... does this mean there is no way of getting my site and all its data back??? PLEASE HELP!!!

Please note suspension for inactivity is not the only suspension reason that eventually can get your account terminated.

can someone please direct me to the TOS as well as I've been trying to find them to check if I've violated any of the terms (I seriously doubt this) but have not been able to find them even after running a search on the forum. I only get references to the TOS but no link to the same.

just went though the TOS... i don't see any term that i could have violated except for the inactivity and that one too i'm sure i didn't violate, as after my first painful suspension ages ago, I have set a reminder on outlook for every 28 days, just in case i don't log in inbetween.

any help would be appreciated... unfortunately i haven't backed up my website and hence am desperate.

Before november 2009 the inactivity period was 14 days inactivity to suspend the account + 10 days termination period

Now it is 31 days inactivity period + 10 days termination period

my bad... i wasn't aware of the increase to 31 days... i was still under the impression that is was 14 days and have hence been logging in every 14 days... I do realise I mentioned 28 days earlier but that was because I've started relying on the reminders so much that I had no idea what the period was... I saw 31 days on the forum and assumed I was logging in every 4 weeks... I just checked my reminders and it's 2 weeks (every alternate wednesday).

all the same... nice to see its been increased to 31 days

can anyone shed some light as to wht's the problem with my account?

The account were found in termination logs, it was terminated on November 19th after being in a suspended state for more then ten days.

Unfortunately I have no way of checking the suspension reason for an account already terminated, but apart from inactivity, high resource usage is a likely reason for suspension, especially since you are certain you didn't violate TOS.

A higher ranked admin (with more access then me) could possibly find out the suspension reason leading up to termination.

i doubt it could be high resource usage as my website was pretty low key with less than 400 hits since i started it (in early 2008 i think). the only aspect that could have utilised a lot of resources was if the guestbook was spammed. But I took the guestbook down over 6 months back when it got spammed and I was in the process of looking for a better script when i got tied down with college and all this got side-tracked.

actually, the suspension reason doesn't really matter to me, all i want is to get it back up and since i have not backed up the website in ages, is there any chance i can get all my pages and data back. this website's been 2 years in the making and i really hope i can get it back.

I'm sorry, but when an account is terminated, it means all data is deleted.
