Hi, I do have a Hosting Account with you but cannot access it anymore.
My UserName is: goose
My Password is/was: *****
I cannot get access with this combination, so maybe the password has been changed.
Please tell me how to change my password as the option you give still requires to supply the OLD password

Login to account panel http://x10hosting.com/control using your forum account gooseturre

Then change the password for the cpanel
