My x10Hosting client account has been successfully changed through your account and I can get to my account management page.
When I try to get to my web site, which is http://gotoelaine.x10hosting.com
my browser cannot display the page.
Did something go wrong?
Thanks and regards from waltzing matilda

Did you link your cPanel with your account? What is your cPanel username? Which server are you on?

No I didn't link cPanel with my account. I don't know how to do it. I cannot get to my cpanel.
As far as I remember, I am on chopin free hosting.

Edit:

Sorry Derek, waltzing matilda back again. Regarding cpanel, my user name is possum. Different name from my forum user name.
Thanks and regards, Elaine

Edit:

When I follow your instruction to Login to account panel to see your account details.
http://x10hosting.com/control
There is no login to cpanel button to access the cpanel. (There are four blank spaces next to four out of the ten dots)
Does this mean that I no longer have my web site?

Yes! there is a chance. If you are inactive from a long time. Please wait for an Account Manager, He/She can exactly tell you what happened to your account.

Below is the message which appears on my account management hosting page. I regularly use the forum and was not penalised for inactivity before the migration of accounts started.

Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account. This could be the result of a different scenarios:

An older account was removed as the result of inactivity.
A past account has been terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
You have never had a hosting account.

waltzing matilda: While I cannot tell you what happened to your previous account, your new account (I'm assuming you made one), is pending (I believe)

Can you please confirm that you attempted to create a new account? Did you get any errors while signing up (if so, what were they)

I didn't want to sign up for a new account because my site is quite large and it takes about three days to upload all the files. If I can get away with not doing this, I will be happy.
So, no, I have not signed up for a new account.
My site was working perfectly before this mega enterprise.
Thanks and regards, Elaine
