Lotus Down

Hello everyone. I came to the forum to ask about my webpage which is down, and then noticed that Lotus is down for maintenance now. Seeing as that is PROBABLY what's wrong with my page, I decided not to open a new thread but add here. Is it possible that the reason all my files are gone and my CPanel is also empty as if just installed (Plus my databases seem to be gone as well) is just temporary, or did some files actually get deleted during maintenance? I REALLY hope this is temporary, I do have backups of my files, but recreating my database would require hours of work

How long will lotus be down? Will it take days or maybe weeks before it is fully restored? Thanks
