Lotus?

I just opened a new account with x10hosting but the problem is that I have been put on Lotus server, which is neither giving me unlimited diskspace or even a RV site-builder. Can you please tell me what is wrong or how I can solve it?

Lotus is our newest server and some things may be left to install on it. I'll remind a server admin when they come on next.
