My problem is that I cannot open the "FileZilla" nor can I open http://lsss-slapshot.x10.bz/.

I am getting the following messages:

Lost Connection (delay expired)
Error : not able to connect with server
Status: Waiting for next try...
Status: Resolution for IP address: lsss-slapshot.x10.bz
Status: Connexion to 198.91.81.2:21...
