Mail and Hosting Panel Issues

For the past several days, e-mail to my address has been bouncing. And when after I log in and click on the link to go to the Hosting Panel, I get the first of the messages shown below. Also, the site itself is down (see the second message). Any thoughts on what is going on?

Looks like your mx record is mapped to freezingsaddles.x10host.com. Would it not be mail.freezingsaddles.x10host.com

mail.freezingsaddles.x10host.com is what I use for the mail server--and I get an error message (not shown above) when I try to retrieve mail using Outlook on my computer, Outlook on my phone, Mailwasher, or the Gmail app on my phone. I am also unable to log in at http://x10host.com/webmail/?_task=login. The error message shown is what I get when I log in at https://x10hosting.com/ and then click on the link for "Hosting Control Panel."

The site itself now seems to be up for me, too. But the inability either to get mail or to use the control panel is still gone.
