mail settings in Joomla 4

Hello,
I have a problem with the mail settings in Joomla 4

- Phpmail does not work:
An error occurred when retrieving JSON data: HTTP status code 403 .
- and the SMTP doesn't work either:
Error
SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host. Failed to connect to server
What can I do?

Enable DKIM in the directadmin control panel. SMTP Authorization must be used for website scripts. SSL port: 465 or TLS port: 587 smtp server: mail.your.domain. SSL cert neets to be active.

What is your x10 free domain, or custom domain you have hosted with x10hosting?

Okay "weblim.x10.mx" does not have an active SSL cert yet. Install cert in DirectAdmin menu: Account Manager >> SSL Certificates.
To get the script to work, you will have to use the x10hosting mail server to send mail. not mailo.com. Have you created an email account in directadmin?

weblim.x10.mx is secure. your smtp mail server is "mail.weblim.x10.mx" on port: 465 or 587. What else are you having issues with?

I cannot read french! If you use the default email account, the username will be "ixauxegb"! You may be better off creating an email account.
Use google translate to translate your request to English.

No need to open attachments. It is an easy setup.The default email address, is harder to work with. You will be better creating an email address.

Or use https://weblim.x10.mx/webmail/ to ring out the default account send and receive. You may have to create the Identity "ixauxegb@weblim.x10.mx" or "ixauxegb@x11.x10hosting.com".

If you create an email account The username is the full email address. Host: mail.weblim.x10.mx port: 465 or 587. Enable DKIM in the directadmin control panel.

Have you checked the spam/junk folder? Look at the bottom of Email Accounts for "E-mail Usage" link.

It looks like a forged header. It should be from <phnoel@weblim.x10.mx> for philippe.noel@mailo.fr

Sorry to hear you still have issues! Since you're using Joomla, you should look for a tutorial there. x10 mail server is simple.

• smtp server: smtp.tbint.us.org port: 587 or 465
• pop server: pop.tbint.us.org port: 995
• username: full email address (inbox@tbint.us.org)
• password: email account password

Again! the phpmail or sendmail() script has to use smtp authorization, for the x10 mail server host. I just sent an email to "phnoel@weblim.x10.mx". Use https://weblim.x10.mx/webmail/ to see if you received it, and try to send it from webmail. If it works then your settings should work.

The test sent to phnoel@weblim.x10.mx worked well. I've successfully transferred it to philippe.noel@mailo.fr and I'll get back to you.
If everything seems to be fine, why doesn't sending mail from other extensions work?
- Jcomments: the extension displays a correct send message, but I don't receive the email
- Popfeed: the extension displays an error message as soon as it is sent "Error: The following recipients failed: admin@weblim.x10.mx: No such recipient here".
Do you have an explanation?
