Main Domain Name Change

On Monday morning (1/18) I changed my main account domain at http://x10hosting.com/panel.php?modifyaccount and removed the option to use a subdomain. This change took affect on the account panel home but has not yet propagated to the cPanel home (I'm on the Boru.x10 server).

I have been trying to wait 72 hours, as I know there was server work performed this week and some things might be slower because of it, but still have not seen the change take effect. Could you please take a look at it and let me know if I just need to wait longer or if something is amiss? Thanks!

cPanel Main Domain: tiapatron.x10hosting.com - INCORRECT

When i open tiapatron.x10hosting.com i see your website. This means your domain is not still changed...

What domain is showing in Account panel???

I suggest you to use x10hosting sub-domain as your main domain. e.g yourname.x10hosting.com

and park your domain in cpanel by clicking on park domain option..

This will work faster with no problem.

This is actually a bug in the system, using main domain or parking shouldn't be much different in regards of time to get it working. Might differ with a few minutes, but should not be more then that.

I'll escalate this so it can be sorted by a staff member. (If no one beats me I'll do it after I gotten me some food).
