How to resolve the suspension

I din't uploaded any malicious software, and if some malicious software is there is there any way to figure out what is it exactly so that it does not happen again ?

Yes I did not. I am a student and I just made a php script to share questions with each other, just after few hours if got this problem. I will be thankful to you if at least I could know the reason.

To get your account back we'd need to remove the folder public_html/site from your public_html as that is the one detected as containing malicious software. Possibly an iframe inject, the malicious content is inserted on your site from shoughbo.com.

Yes, please do remove that. I tried to login through ftp but I forgot that account is suspended. How much time will that take approximately ?

Hey! thanks I got few helpful replies and anna told that some folder needs to be removed but since anna is offline could you tell me how much time will that take?

There's never any easy answer to that, we all do this on spare time voluntarily.

I have removed that folder and unsuspended your account.

To avoid it, make sure any scripts you use are up to date, so there's no security vulnerabilities, make sure your passwords are secure and kept private (both for admin of various scripts and for logging into your account).

Also, if you use any questionable copies of software to create or upload your pages, that might be a source of problems.

Please delete my all data, I want to remove all the files since this problem of suspension can't be resolved. I think there is something seriously wrong with this account so please remove all folders I will delete this account from x10hosting.com

Doesn't really matter, account is suspended. It will be terminated eventually either way.

Appears as our CEO put a zt on it, which means that ruling will stand.
