If your site has malware on it, that is something you have to fix.

Exactly how do you know that you have malware?

Unfortunately we cannot control what sites Google defines as Malware.

If there is no malware on your account, Google's Safe Browsing should reflect that over time, as I believe Google do multiple tests on websites. I'm not entirely sure on this, however. Google's decisions are out of our power, and this may be something you would want to take up with Google.

Thank you

Read what it says --> http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/diagnostic?site=adorabletab.com

The last time Google visited this site was on 2013-04-09, and the last time suspicious content was found on this site was on 2013-04-09

Malicious software includes 11 trojan(s), 3 exploit(s)...
Malicious software is hosted on 4 domain(s)...
3 domain(s) appear to be functioning as intermediaries for distributing malware to visitors of this site...

You site has links to sites that are or functioning as intermediaries for distributing malware to visitors to your site
As long as your site has those links it will have "malware" hits with any good scanner

Google is not the only one that sees "malware" links in your site

You can analyse (reanalyse) your site's URL for "viruses, worms, trojans, and all kinds of malware"
here --> https://www.virustotal.com/en/#url

UPDATE
Looks like Google has no issues with your site with the scan they did today (2013-04-10)

The last time Google visited this site was on 2013-04-10, and the last time suspicious content was found on this site was on 2013-04-09.
