Meaning of [PLM=0][R]+GET+http:

Yesterday i was checking my cpanel error logs and found the following interesting error log.

[client 95.28.90.120] File does not exist: /home/username/public_html/signup.php+[PLM=0][R]+GET+http:

The client ip 95.28.90.120 is that of a spammer http://www.stopforumspam.com/ipcheck/95.28.90.120
I believe this is a hacking attempt or something similar to it.
But i have no idea what the spammer is trying to accomplish by signup.php+[PLM=0][R]+GET+http:

Have any idea on what does it mean by signup.php+[PLM=0][R]+GET+http: ??? Can someone please decode it???

I am not a decoder or know how to create normal scripts, let alone one that would be a person who has hacking knowledge.

I can say though, the persons e-mail address...after the mail@ is an adult site, if any hack attempts were made ...I would have to say, that the person is trying to do something related to spreading his site through illegal terms and pass on his pornographic pictures through your site in some way.

Note: Anything I said, is just what I believe and should not be used to help with anything.
