Mi pagina con Virus ???

Mi pagina es patricioarguello.x10.bz, que levanta hace como 7 días atrás ( codeigniter + bootstrap con carousel de imagenes en jpg), pero hoy cuando quise probar ingresar, mi antivirus avira me indicaba que mi site esta con virus ( html/twitscroll.b )

Que debo hacer ? o como puede desinfectar, si realmente esta con virus.

Al parecer mi pc, es el que esta con virus. Y coincidió que justo cuando quise entrar a mi website, mi antivirus (Avira) detecto el virus, y no tuve la oportunidad de probar desde otra pc.

Desde que hice correr el antivirus en forma completa a mi pc, ya no me sale el aviso.
