Migrating db from 3.0.7 PL1 PHP forum too 3.0.8 php forum

I need help, I have a forum in another host that uses PHPBB3 3.0.7 version and I want to migrate it to x10 hosting, I installed phpbb3 3.0.8 and creted a new database, imported the data from the old, configurated user but forum can't connect to it. This is the error that appears:
SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

Access denied for user 'forumcb_admin'@'localhost' (using password: YES) [1045]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

I've checked also config.php.

Hi lfernandeshack55,

You probably have to create a blank database here first. Log on to your control panel and scroll down to the Databases heading and click on the wizard. Then try to import again using the Myphp function.
