Migrating from x10premium back to x10hosting

I am very new at this and need help. My website was migrated to x10premium to fix a problem. The problem is fixed. Now I need to migrate back to my x10hosting account but don't know how. Could someone tell me how to do that?

Hi,

We don't have an automatic way of moving an x10Premium account to an x10Hosting account, but you can always do it manually if you want to.

Once you have made an x10Hosting account, you could download your x10Premium files through FTP and then upload them to x10Hosting. For databases, if you go into phpMyAdmin on x10Premium, you can "Export" a MySQL database, and then you can "Import" the download from x10Hosting's phpMyAdmin.
