Migrating Host

Might be the right place to post this but our website has been offered a sponsorship that gives us a much better site hosting package than the free hosting on x10.
So my question is, can everything I have uploaded be transferred to the new host?

Sorry to see you go. You can transfer your site by downloading the files to your computer, using a service such as FTP. Any databases can be backed up using phpMyAdmin's Export feature.

Apologies but are you able to tell me how exactly this can be done?

Although, if the "Freehosting" was to change its diskspace quota we may be tempted to stay

For downloading your files, you would need to download an FTP Client, such as FileZilla, and connect to your server. Your host is your domain name, the port is 21, and your username/password is the same as your cPanel one.
