Migrations Are Over, But My Files are Gone! [important]

Hello,
Migrations Are Over, but my files are gone.
My site is w3epic.com (LEVEL) and its down for three days now.
Whats happen, How do I get them back?

Cpanel is also not opening... getting the error as below :
"cPanel cannot be executed standalone. It must be run from cpsrvd or xml-api. This check can be disabled in Tweak Settings. [a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]".

Update:
Cpanel is now opening properly, but files are still missing in addon domain directories.

I just 302 my site w3epic.com (addon domain under arpan.x10.bz) to a temporary place.
I don't have my files, just have wp db :-(
In cpanel its showing xo3 and files within folder w3epic.com are still missing.
Its 6th day, any news?

BTW, Now I have another problem,
I'm getting error "Error establishing a database connecmion" ( http://arpan.x10.bz/w3epic.com/ )
I checked my WP DB and found that its about 8 month old (of 2013-08-01).
Its showing MySQL Disk Space 9.58 MB, it should be near about 14 MB.
I checked DBs and found that my WP DB is 0 KB. It should be near about 14MB.
Please restore my current DB.

PHP doesn't write error logs by default.. .check your application.

Now, a new problem arrived,
On the left panel of cPanel, its showing "Email Accounts 3 / 3", but if I open Email accounts, its showing "No Accounts Found".
Please restore my email accounts.

Alright. your email accounts still exist, it's just the directory structure for them got a little messed up. I'm going to need to create it from a backup. Unfortunately all our Disk Safes are down because we're moving them to a new server.. so it will be a few hours.

Premium hosting was migrated as well, but it was a slightly different process that didn't have as many complications. Many of the complications on free hosting were due to the massive amount of accounts on the free servers.
