Your permissions were set wrong, does it seem to be working better now?

I changed it to 775 but still the same...

Check any .htaccess file in either public_html or public_html/delarosa.co.cc/
If there is a line that starts with
RewriteRule
make sure you have a line
RewriteBase /
above any such line.
