Missing account

I'm trying to set up a hosting account and a week after signing up i'm getting a message that the forum account isn't linked to a hosting account and i'm not sure what to do about it I was shown this website by a friend who has an account with you so i know i definatly shouldn't be getting this message

I can't actually access the cpanel or anything other than the forum as it's telling me i'm signed in but don't have a hosting account

Your hosting account was likely terminated due to 24 consecutive days of inactivity.

An account manager will be able to check the history of your cPanel username to see if it was in fact terminated.

Either way, sav46e is not a valid cPanel username that is active.

It is possible them your account doesn't exist. You can try sing-up again.
