Hey everyone, seems like the helper is asking for help! ;)

I'm on Chopin, held this post off for a while, but figured it was inevitable that it would get posted anyways.

I believe I'm missing data on my account. Http://neilhanlon.com/ as you can see, wordpress ie throwing errors all over the place. However this leads me to believe my domain name is still pointing at old Chopin. (I'm also getting database connection errors (ie http://clients.neilhanlon.com/))

If you could just confirm that this is simply a propogation error or a domain pointing issue, that'd be great, as well as rectifying this issue if you have time, I know the administrators and the support staff are swamped.

"neilhanlon.com" resolves to "74.63.233.26". A reverse lookup on that returns "chopin.x10hosting.com." A lookup on that resolves to "74.63.233.26". Conclusion: your domain resolves to the current chopin host.

Did wp-blog-header.php get lost in the transfer? Does it still exist in ~leafy/public_html?

Sorry, forgot to mention:

Can't login to cPanel or FTP. Basically tells me I don't have correct credentials.

Also, it's not just that one file Misson. It's wp-config, other various home-dir files, and tons of other data from subdirectories in public_HTML.

You can Escalate your own thread to ticket area...

Escalate it and ask staff to re-transfer your account. :)

I'm trying to resolve this without adding another ticket to the thousand that are already in there. If it needs escalating, higher up staff will do so.

Update: I have tried to reset my password and login: to no avail.

Vigge_sWe has also reset it using JM: also to no avail.
