Missing databse

I had a database, and suddenly it is gone. I did not delete it. I also cannot connect use phpMyAdmin. When I try, I get the following error: #1129 - Host 'int.stoli.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'.

Could this be indicative of a hacking attempt?
