Missing files, email addresses

None of my files have made it to XO1.. so much for the complete migration.
Also, none of the email addresses/accounts in use were migrated during the upgrade from Absolute to XO1.
Can they be restored or are old messages and files lost?

Files display in control panel but:
ButterflyTech.com and www.ButerflyTech.com gave me a file listing
www.ButterflyTech.com/index.htm gave me a 404 Error

I see domain [ ButterflyTech.com ] with DNS-NS (name server) records with [ dns2.freehostia.com ] and [ dns1.freehostia.com ]

you need to set name server records to x10hosting's they can not do it for you
if you moved your domain (account) to that other host why are you looking for help from this host ?
do you now have all of your files and Email accounts restored in your x10hosting account ?

Please, this is not my first rodeo. Shifted domain as a temporary measure as something is better than nothing. (It's just that one temp page, not the entire site.)

NetworkSolutions.com tech support reports that they are currently "having issues" with their systems and that they are "currently working on it".
Great timing no? Will post an update once I can complete the DNS re-pointing.

Finally...
butterflytech.com currently points to
Domain Name Server (DNS) ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com
To my astonishment the site is now working with all the latest files/changes.
I will check the CP and email... but for now... Close This Thread.
I only hope that the next upgrade is bench-tested before being rolled out.

The upgrade /was/ bench tested and though about. There were some unavoidable complications.
