In the recent migration, it seems that none of our files made it across, and neither did the configuration. We have wordpress installed and it isn't present.

Site: jakyl.x10host.com

Thank you.

Hi, is it possible for someone to please restore the missing files - the whole site doesn't work. Thanks.

Sorry for the wait; I've now restored your files. Could you please confirm that everything is working again? :)

Many thanks - the files all seem to be there.

However, the email forwarding does not seem to be working. Within cPanel v3, there is no icon present (though there are icons for mail, webmail and MX Entry). If I switch to x10 Hosting Basic, the option is present to add a forwarding address but it doesn't seem to actually add the forwarding rule even though it states it has. As a result, all our email was being bounced with a no user error. Any ideas?

Thanks.

Could you please try again now? Forwarders didn't seem to be enabled on XO2. :)

Thank you, the forwarders are now present, but they don't seem to be working reliably.

What we are seeing is very strange behaviour whereby some email sent the forwarding address gets forwarded and others seems to get lost. The sender does not appear to receive any failure notification. Whether this is a new problem or an old one, I'm not sure. Is there anything we can do to verify what is happening?

Thank you.
