missing files

so my site (http://vandie.cu.cc or http://matrixofgames.x10.mx/vandie.cu.cc) has all its files missing.
it started during the migration but thought id wait till it was done.
any help is appreciated.

Not sure if this will help you guys fix this others problem. But when I login it still takes. Me to vox.x10 , should it not be xo2.x10 now?

they are same server - Vox was the old hardware - the name you see at log-in will change when they are done with software updates
both names now have the same IP and same hardware
xo2 = (old Vox) - IP: 198.91.81.4

kk , its just bit annoying that i lost all my files of which i had yet to do a backup

Your site and data files are not "gone" - they have backups - Admins are still working on restoring files for users that have issues with them

just thought id add that i cant add my domains... (just bought one from 123-reg yesterday)( http://www.vandie.co.uk )
it says its not pointing at the correct dns server but it is.

unfortunately I just added my domains again and now i get the default page...
