Hi, I signed up for a free hosting account, and got all the way to the processing page. After updating, I was thrown an error that the password must be <16 characters in length. (You should really put this somewhere on the signup form.) I then had to cancel the account, but then when I tried to recreate one, I got an error whereby my username/email combo was already used. I have attempted to find an option to delete the entire account, but cannot seem to do so. Any help is much appreciated.

login to the account panel (https://x10hosting.com/control) with the email you used for the sign up, go to "account -> update password" and set a password that falls within that limit.

Next, while still being logged into the account panel, go to the sign up form and fill it out. The form will look slightly different from what you see when not logged in (no field for email for instance as the one already set for the account panel will be used).

Hi, thanks for replying. I have tried that, but to no avail. Logging in, then heading to the sign-up site (http://x10hosting.com/free-hosting-signup) immediately redirects me to the sign-in page. Attempts to navigate to the signup sheet still show the email box, and return me the same error.

If it is not possible to reset this somehow, can my account be deleted for me to recreate an account instead? Thank you very much.
