Missing website after migration

I have two domains on my account.
1. Memmux.com
2. ItPeopleSociety.in

ItPeopleSociety.in domain was hosting a site (a wordpress blog) which is not available now. It is an addon domain I think. I can see the folder (ItPeopleSociety.In) in my file manager but that is empty. Please look into this issue. My databases are still there. I was on vox server previously.
