Modify main domain

Dear admin,
Today i changed my domain and created another one, how long it will take to activate (because its showing some cgi script) my new domain,
and what will happen to my old domain.
My old domain name was http://shohan.x10.mx/ (i installed wordpress) and today i changed it to http://sudo4all.x10.bz/ .
So please look over my account and let me know.
And another thing, what i need to do to keep my site running.
Is there any rules or regulation u guys have or not.
