Modify my domain?

I've been trying to use the control panel to modify my domain from a .x10hosting.com subdomain to a tld I've signed up for on another site but when ever I submit the request it comes back with error ERRS85030.

Could somebody manually modify it for me?

Are you trying this method.

1. go to http://x10hosting.com/login.php
2. login with forums username and password.
3. click modify account on the right side of the screen.
4. un-check use sub-domain option
5. enter your domain here e.g .com .net
6. click save changes below the text boxes with your information.
7. Go to domain registrar.
8. point you domain to x10hosting name Servers. i.e ns1.x10hosting.com ns2.x10hosting.com

do you have the domain added as an addon or parked domain in cPanel? If so you need to remove it from there first.

The error code translates into a system communication error. You could try again later, or if that doesn't work tell us what you want your main domain to be changed to and we can sort if for you.

I did have the domain as a parked domain in cPanel but removed it before trying. If you could change my domain to just jont.tk it would be much appreciated :biggrin:

control panel is still giving me an error. Can someone change it for me manually please?
