Monthly login at /panel or https://x15.x10hosting.com:2222/ ?

I received an email from the x10Hosting Team saying I must log in to keep my account active, but I only have a user name for my mom's website. Her user name/password work fine at https://x15.x10hosting.com:2222/ , but now I'm being told that https://x10hosting.com/panel is to be used instead in order to keep her website active. It requires an email that I don't have. Help....!

Is https://x15.x10hosting.com:2222 no longer used for keeping an account active??? It lets me edit the website and I thought that was enough to keep it active.

I fear the Team sent the same reminder to some unknown email address attached to that website. I do not have access to whatever email account that was. Essentially, I'm wondering if it matters as long as I log in at https://x15.x10hosting.com:2222/ to manage that website from time to time. Is x10hosting.com/panel the only way to keep a site alive?

The only way to keep your account active as mentioned in the email is to access our panel as this is required.

The email we have on file for the account you mentioned is mit*****9**9@yahoo.com please note that the *** do not represent actual missing letters.

Yahoo deactivated mitch_greenberg@yahoo.com due to inactivity and won't let me recreate it now. Can you please change the email assigned leonoremarie.x10host.com to mitch_gberg@yahoo.com ? Then I can get the password reset and log in to the panel. Thank you so much.
Not possible, as that email address is NOT what is associated with that account. As Eric mentioned, the email address that is associated has the following charactersistics: mit*****9**9@yahoo.com

Also since it is not your account and not associated with the forum account you post from we can not just go about and change that without further verification as to make sure you are indeed authorized (given that it appears to be created using your email address it may also be seen as you having two accounts which is not allowed as per our ToS)

I'm sorry I violated TOS about two free sites. I will let leonoremarie.x10host.com expire, since I can't log in to the Panel, and see no link to it from https://x15.x10hosting.com:2222/. Can you tell me approximately when it will expire, so I can recreate it elsewhere, or purchase a site at x10? I know Google prohibits mirroring of identical websites...

It looks like I have just been banned by x10. I now get Error Code E95D77D8BF4FD2FDA when trying to log in to the panel with mitchgrberg@gmail.com (mitchx17)

Did my ignorance of the two sites policy just cost me both? Can you please just restore the mitchgrberg@gmail.com one? Again, I apologize for not being aware of the TOS and will never violate it again.

Your IP were temporary blocked for failed logins, the block appears to have expired now so you should be able to login to your account.

As for the expiry of the other account, up until now we have not enforced the rule about inactivity since the migrations started which is about 2 years ago, so this first email is a reminder to login, without consequences, I'm informed that for users not logging in after this reminder it would be about a week until the account is put in suspension (another email would go out prior to remind users once more), once an account is suspended it would be roughly three weeks until the account is terminated as inactive.
