I don't recall having this many problems receiving a confirmation e-mail to setup a simple website. Two different accounts were created using two different e-mail addresses. I've been at this for days now and still haven't received an email. The last time I checked, no junk e-mail filters were applied.

Now, i'm also getting the "The forum account you are logging into does not have an existing link to an X10hosting account." at the X10Hosting Account System Login.

I know I am using the right account and password. I've also reset the password and still can't get in!

To spare myself from further aggravation, I kindly ask that you close accounts ebarbosa (theeasterner@cox.net) and barbosae (ed_barbosa@msn.com). This will enable me to recreate the account using one of the existing e-mail addresses at a later time, should I decide to return to X10hosting to give it another try.

Thank you for your time and cooperation.

Did you create hosting accounts along with the forum accounts?

There's no hosting accounts with those names.

Forum accounts are never deleted, during the sign-up for a hosting you have the option to enter user name and password of an existing forum account.
