To do so you simply create a ticket through the clients area you as a premium customer have access to (paid support). Just remember to include details of your current cPanel name and preferably also what server you are on.

If I pay for a premium account, do I have to manually move my files to it? Or do you just take all my files/folders etc and put them into .....'premium server space', and I don't have to do anything except sit and marvel at how fast my site now loads?

we will move your entire cPanel account for you, including settings and e-mail accounts.
All you have to do is start a ticket in the paid area support (clients area) and state that you want it to be transfered, note that it is done manually so it may take a bit to get it sorted, depending on how many other tickets there are.
