Moving from free host to x10premium

I would like to know if i move from free hosting to x10premium would i encounter with the same problems that i have on free host like: site don't work, can't enter my cPanel etc.

Premium servers are separate and will have less number of accounts per server. They are more reliable than free servers. So 99.9% you won't get any issues.

If you get any issues, create a support ticket in your client area and it will be solved with higher priority.

Ok ,how is the process done ? After i paid for the premium they move my site from free host to premium or i should do it manually myself?

Once you purchase premium hosting. You have to create a support ticket in client area and the staff will move hosting account from free server to premium server manually.

Ok , finall question : What Upload/Download speed do you provide in premium host??

Hello,

By upload/download speeds i assume you mean from your account. They are the same as free-hosting but usually more reliable due to the number of accounts on each server being much much less.
