Ok, I am done with x10hosting. It has been bad enough to suffer with slow servers and errors but then they disabled my site. It was disabled without cause, reason or explanation. It was eventually reactivated, again without explanation. I simply cannot deal with this.

I would like to move my domain (swaxxiii.com) to another host Please provide me an authorization code to do so.

Thanks,
Steve

you need to set the [ Name Server(s) ] at your registrar's Web site for domain [ swaxxiii.com ] - which is GoDaddy.com - for your new host

and remove x10hosting's DNS name servers (NS record) - [ ns1.x10hosting.com. ] and [ ns2.x10hosting.com. ]

Hi Steve,

I am very sorry for the trouble you have been having. Is there anything we can do to rectify this?

If you really do wish to switch hosts, no authorization is necessary. You can simply change your domain's configuration from your domain registrar, as @bdistler said. ;)

Thank you,

My apologies on the suspension as well; I had posted a reply to the dispute but if it wasn't visible or seen, there was a misconfiguration with administrative suspension placed by an administrator. The suspension itself was lifted from the dispute, as when I investigated it further I could confirm it was a false positive, and thus there wasn't a reason to keep it suspended.
