MSQL Database Error

Site was up again for just a little bit, now the database error's are back. Thought I'd post in case the problem has come back when you thought it was fixed.

Next question, status page says: MySQL has been started in safe mode in order to perform a check and repair of all databases. Please refrain from attempting to modify your databases, as they will not be able to write changes.

As a wordpress user, does that mean I shouldn't make any new posts?
