There's a Problem
Unfortunately we were not able to find your hosting account.

Your account may have been:

  • Removed for inactivity; or
  • Suspended and removed for a Terms violation; or
  • Requested to be deleted.
The good news it that you may sign up again now.

On the sign-up form you should enter your current email address. This way you will not create a second account or need to confirm your address again."

WHAT ARE YOU KIDDING WITH ME? I WANT MY ACCOUNT, THAT ACCOUNT HAVE FILES REALLY IMPORTANT, IF THE ACCOUNT ARE DELETED I GO TO THE POLICE! THAT A BIG MISTAKE MY FRIEND!

You have to make a mark that you are still using the service by logging into the main login page. Accounts get terminated so that more can fit in, to keep the server(s) clean, and to lower the risk of accounts being compromised.
If you do not make that mark, it will be like not letting someone know that you are still using their service.

Now for what actually needs to be said..

When you signed up, you agreed to log into your account via the normal login page (not cPanel) every month.
You basically implied that you were aware that if you do not login every month then you will be suspended and terminated (removed) if action is not taken during the 21 day period, no questions asked.

You also agreed to the fact that you are completely responsible for backing up your content and that you in most cases will not get your files back once being put into a suspended state. In fact, this was emphasized a few times in the terms of service.

As far as I am aware, this is a free web hosting service and should be treated as such. You will have to comply with the terms laid out if you want the utterly free service served out of generosity, which is also paid for by (I assume) those who use X10's services such as premium and VPS.

With that said, it would be pointless of threatening to call the police in regards to losing your files due to not following the terms you had initially agreed with on a free service.

Final thing: the suspension and termination was high likely to be automated. So if you were intending to yell at whoever did the termination..
also your account was deleted.

I can confirm the account was fully terminated after 31 days of inactivity plus a further 21 days of inactivity while suspended. Our inactivity policy is made clear when you sign up, but it is also made clear in the Terms of Service you read and agreed to when you signed up, as well as several email notifications we send when your account is at risk of suspension. See Section 5-7 at https://x10hosting.com/legal/terms-of-service

I GO TO THE POLICE! THAT A BIG MISTAKE MY FRIEND!
This isn't the place for legal threats. Therefore, I'm locking this thread.
