1.how long is this suspension?
2.how can i fix this?

Phishing is what is breaking the rules. As descalzo said, not only is it frowned up, it is breaking international laws.

No, you cannot have your files back. You are locked out from accessing your account.

i have a disclaimer if that does not help then i still did not intend to break these rules i was having truble with my website and the front page was downloaded from a holocms forum. i thought that scince it is the offical forum that it would not be copyrighted

I'm guessing the trouble you're referring to is the fact that you can't run Holograph Emulator on x10. I advised you of that in the IRC when you said it wasn't running, and I also advised that it was in violation of the TOS.

I ALSO advised that your homepage looked too much like the -real- habbo hotel homepage and it looked like a phishing site.

As of about 5 minutes after I advised that, your connection to IRC ended, and I filed a report when the change hadn't been made to make it not look so bloody close to the real legitimate site. The sad part is I did indeed warn you that it looked way too close to the real site, but apparently no effort was made to change it. As for the disclaimer, how did that change that virtually everything else on the front page was almost a 1 for 1 copy of the habbo hotel site?


By the way, HoloCMS is NOT Habbo Hotel, nor is it ran by the same folks. The only reason I'm unable to report HoloCMS is because they aren't running on x10hosting, or they'd be joining you in having their accounts terminated.

There isn't anything anybody can do to recover your old account now. What's done is done, and this is a consequence for an action that you took in the first place - You created this phishing site while your internet connection was fine, so your internet failing after you uploaded is irrelevant to this suspension.
