my account has been suspended for inactivity & can't resolve suspension but getting such msg "your account has been suspended due to a violation in our terms of service. if you feel you did not violate the terms of service, you may open a support ticket disputing this suspension" please help

you are suspended for having your site in an unsupported language without providing a full translation of your site.
You can be unsuspended if you agree to provide such translation. Note that the use of any on the fly translation service such as, but not limited to, Google translate is not a sufficient alternative, the translation must be made manually.
