You have been suspended for inactivity. It is a requirement that you login to the x10hosting forums once every month to keep your account active; posting is never required. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately.

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with cPanel username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "Suspensions". Click on Unsuspend Button.

Remember that you must Login Here (on forums) once every month to keep your account active, cPanel and Account Panel logins does not counted. Posting has never been required, only logging in

I have signed and follow you, but it's show : Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account. This could be the result of a different scenarios:

* An older account was removed as the result of inactivity.
* A past account has been terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
* You have never had a hosting account.


Whatever the reason, you can always sign up for a hosting account now.

If you believe that this is a mistake you may open a support ticket here.

your forums and cPanel password are same?

Change forums password to something else then login https://x10hosting.com/control with cPanel username and password. After that Relink your Hosting And forums account as i told you before.

I don't understand, i have changed my forums password,then i login in control but no change with my account,
its still suspended, can you help me.

Log into the account panel with the username "nhlionheart" and its password. Your cPanel account is attached to that account.

Once you have done so, you can unsuspended the account from the Hosting page within the account panel.

Log in using your id and password. when logged in, Look to the upper right side of the screen for a yellow colored box, Forum Account info shows on one line and free hosting info shows on the second line. To unsupend your account click "View details" on the second line of free hosting info. When the new page loads read the info given and find the button labeled unsuppend my account click that. It will tell you if it was successful. now you might have to wait a bit for the account to update but now you should be able to continue as normal... Happy Days are here again....

That is wrong url btw, but if badau198 is your cPanel username, then you should use the 'nhlionheart' forum account. http://x10hosting.com/forums/members/nhlionheart.html
