WOW! That is exactly true! I am glad somebody remembers! I was told my accounts would be linked by admin once server upgrades were finished. What should I do now?

the sad truth is not all admins can not do it still... but it has been made possible for users to do it themself. Requireing the user to do it allows for a better security. If you are able to login to control panel with hosting credentials (e-mail address attached to hosting + cPanel password), the account is more then likely to actually be yours.

I was able to access my account by changing my password but then I get this!

MY ACCOUNT WAS NEVER LINKED AND I WAS NOT ONLY SUSPENDED BUT IT SEEMS TERMINATED AS WELL!

Also by terms and conditions a suspension starts after 30 days of forum inactivity and then termination follows 10 days after that for a total of 40 days. This old post was dated 3-24 this new post is dated 4-29 which is LESS THAN 40 DAYS!!

Also I was able to check my page just a few days ago and it was not suspended, but now it is terminated.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE BEEN TERMINATED WITHOUT NOTICE OR SUSPENSION!

I'm sorry it appears that I wasn't clear enough. I wasn't asking you to login to the cPanel. Please try using your cPanel username and password to log into to your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php. If you get into your account panel there, then you can link your forum account to your hosting account.

The seems to be no other account besides this forum account (aquarian derek). I am unable to log into control panel. My cpanel username does not exist.

I cannot find my page aquarianderek.x10hosting anywhere, nor can I access the account, or cpanel.

This is quite frustrating! My pages were just beginning to be finished and I was just beginning to start marketing these pages.. NOT a good time to go down like this.. I am just starting out hate to lose member confidence.

I had actually just checked your site address from the email you posted in this thread. There is a suspension page for it, which means that it does still exist. If it was terminated, then it would have a page that the domain is available to register for an account instead. Since an account manager has responded in this thread before, I'm sure that one will get back with you soon.
