My account has been suspended

Dear Sirs,
Unfortunately my account is suspended for using cgi-proxy which is only for personal use only,
As you know there are too many of web sites blocked by government,
So, I used that script to have a proxy way,
Unfortunately i did not know - or may be i forgot - that using proxy is not in X10 TOS,
So I want to unblock my service again,

I'm afraid that hosting proxies are a Zero-Tolerance suspension, nevertheless of whether it was public or private. We strictly prohibit the use of proxies on our services, and we will not be lifting the suspension I'm afraid.

This is clearly stated in Section 1 of the Terms of Service you read and agreed to when you signed up.

If an account is suspended for a breach of the Terms outlined above the account holder will immediately forfeit all rights to the account in question including access to any and all files and\or databases located within the account. x10Hosting is under no obligation to provide backups in full or partial to an account holder that has been suspended.
