Your account is not suspended for inactivity, the suspension reason should be displayed in your account. However given the reason I can say for certain that it would not be lifted as it is a serious breach of our ToS.

The suspension reason I see has nothing to do with high traffic. I see a reason being usage of prohibited scripts.
